overall:: Becca's heritage lies in many different places, all of which makes her unique. While she is mostly a combination of English and Irish, there is some Italian in there, giving her a naturally tanned appearance. These deep Italian roots give her a tan that she never has to strive to achieve. Her skin looks flawless from a distance, but upon close inspection you'll find an occasional blemish, and freckles scattered across her body. Though she never has had a problem with her skin as far as acne goes, there is a rare scar here and there from her earlier teenage years. Nevertheless, the girl's Italian roots are envied by many of her female classmates. Becca is thin and average as far as height is concerned, her muscles lean if you must. Her body is toned to the point of where you can see the muscles under her skin, but she's not so muscular that her strength is bordering that of a guy.
Becca's face is oval in shape. Her jaw line is anything but defined, the bone just barely noticeable as it molds into a rounded, proportionate chin. She has a rather high forehead, and her face is just as symetrical as anyone else's. Her lips are a pale pink and are somewhere between thin and full, though they fit her face beautifully. Beyond such average lips rest a full set of pearly white teeth. Though it is a rarity to catch a glimpse of, there are small dimples that form at the sides of her chin when she smiles. Her nose is softly rounded, but remains in proportion with her face, though it certainly isn't perfect.
Becca's hair is naturally a dirty blond, a pleasantly rich color that never lasts through the summer months. UV-rays and hair dye have turned this girl's locks a multitude of colors at various times. It's gone from it's original dirty blonde to a nearly platinum blond, to red, and even to a near black brown. Recently, however, Becca has kept her hair it's natural color, letting the sun lighten it in the summer months. Natural highlights dance through her locks, twisting and mixing with the darker low lights, but it's all natural. The seventh year's hair is somewhat thin and retains somewhat of a wave to it, reaching down to the middle of her back when completely straightened. It's layered all around, shorter pieces framing her face, but never styled the same way for too long.
Above Becca's eyes are two thin and shaped blond eyebrows, the particular features shaped into slight arches. Her eyes are spaced evenly on her face, and carry an almond shape to them. Becca's eyes are hazel, a color that commonly makes one's eyes appear different colored corresponding with the color they are wearing. The edge of her iris is a rather dark brown, growing almost as dark as the pupil around the edge. Inside this border of sorts lies a mixture of several colors that combined give off a rather green kind of look, but mixing into a brown color closer to the pupil. Obviously, to realize this, one would have to get awfully close to the girl, but I wouldn't quite recommend such a feat.
Becca's clothing style is quite simply casual, but comfortable. She doesn't wander around all day in sweatpants and a t-shirt, well, not everyday. As for being out and about, Becca will wear just about anything. From shorts to skirts to pants, cami's to fitted t's and blouses, it all depends on the mood she's in. She's definately not one of those girls who won't wear anything that's not designer, but that doesn't mean what she wears doesn't look good. Just because it costs more doesn't always mean it's better, right? Becca tends to opt for a more scene style, wearing mostly band t-shirts, jeans and converse. She'll wear just about any color, just as long as it doesn't look like puke. Accessories are something Becca doesn't go all out with. She'll wear a necklace and earrings, but that's about as far as it goes. Well, besides her lucky bracelet. The thin yarn like material never seems to leave her wrist. She does have her hips pierced as well as her ears. Becca's make-up is something she doesn't really play with much. You can usually find her with thick eye-liner and white eyeshadow, but not much more than that.
You can be certain that whatever Becca decides to wear, she'll look good in it, and she'll feel confidant about it too. She doesn't care what other people think about her, always wearing what she wants. Even if that means changing the uniform. She refuses to wear the mary jane shoes demanded by the uniform, instead she switches them out for black high top converse, usually loosly laced. She refuses to wear the knee socks she's supposed to, instead her short socks are hidden under her converse. Her tie loosely hangs around her neck.

overall:: Overall, huh?Well, what can I say? Becca is ultimately free spirited. She's easy-going and loves to just chill and have fun. That doesn't mean, however, that she's going to take any crap. Though she's shy and appears quiet at first, Becca is quick to be herself once she grows closer to you. She doesn't seem to mind what other people think of her, as long as she's having fun. She's extremely friendly, but her shy nature around new people keeps her from making the amount of friends she has the potential to. She doesn't hesitate to speak her mind, but finds the truth to be the best, no matter what. Though this girl is a generally happy soul, a smile is something not easily found upon her beautious features. It takes more than you'd expect in order to hear her laughter ring out, but once you do, it's one of the best sounds to hear.
The outdoors isn't something Becca enjoys. Even before heading off to school, she would never willing wander outside. She'd stay inside most of the time, finding other things to keep herself entertained. She'd always had a certain amount of talent with a pencil, as if every blank sheet of paper was a masterpiece just waiting to be revealed. Of course, not all of her sketches are instantly wonderous, it takes a great amount of time and patience before she is finally satisfied with the outcome. Drawing is one of her favorite hobbies, and something she is extremely passionate for. If it were possible, Becca would gladly spend her entire life inside, glued to her art supplies. This love of art has clearly affected just about every other aspect of the girl, building her wild and greatly changing style and influencing her ideals on everything she sees. It seems she sees things with a much more artistic eye, viewing everythings beauty as a whole and yet able to pick out the tiny flaws most people would overlook.
Her kindness only seems to blossom more when she spends time inside, expressing herself through her paintings. It's the way she vents her emotions and right after she feels as if there isn't a care in the world. Though her favorite form of art is drawing, for her sketch books are filled with random pictures of everything from the castle to the students she spends her days with, she enjoys all forms of art, and will try her hand at anything if it has to do with such a subject.
Though Becca isn't near as passionate for exercise as she is for art, it is still something she enjoys to do. Though during the school year, it mostly means she must venture out onto the grounds, it is something she picked up quickly due to the pressures put on her at a young age. She makes sure to keep her body toned, jogging each morning before class to do so. Keeping fit makes her feel healthy and much betther than if she didn't exercise, not to mention the haunting statements of her mother. Growing up always having to exercise, she can't understand why some people are so lazy as to never bother to get up and move around, let alone not break a sweat. Becca knows for a fact that she's better off keeping in shape than those people who sit around all day, and quite frankly she can't understand why others don't see that. Nonetheless, she can get up fairly early in the morning to jog, something her body has been used to since she can remember. It's also a great way to get the blood flowing in the morning and wake up before class.
Becca is kind and sweet; she feels a need to do whatever she can to avoid negative experiences with other. That doesn't mean she's just going to lay down and take whatever, she'll stand up for herself and hold her own, but it's not something she goes out looking for. She hates to refuse doing favors for her friends, like she's unable to say 'no'. At the same time, Becca sometimes feels as if she's being taken advantage of, but she can't help the feeling she gets inside after helping out her friends. She's great with young children, her kind-hearted personality easily trusted in young kids' eyes. She has an uncanny ability to communicate with anyone and express herself, no matter their age, though she finds it easier with little kids. Though her good natured habits have gotten her used by several people before, she hasn't been able to deny helping out her friends. A thicker skin has developed with people she doesn't know that well, but still she cannot refuse to help out her closer web of friends.
All in all, Becca has a good heart, and feels she has no reason to judge others or blieve that their hearts aren't good. She's a pure, free-spirited and sensitive young girl who chooses to be utterly loyal and cheerful, no matter what she's doing. On the other hand, it might take a while to get her mad, but once you do, you can be sure she won't take anything. She can have a sharp tongue and defend herself with ease. As heated as her bark is though, she refuses to back it up with a bite.

overall:: Matthew and Abigail were a happy couple even before they got married. The two had met one fateful day in the produce section of a US grocery store. They had bumped into each other - literally, and started out argumentative with each other, everything one said annoyed the other to no end. It wasn't until running into each other again a few weeks later that they really started talking and they found out how much they really had in common. They fell in love after dating for a few years, married and moved to a quaint suburb outside of Los Angelas. Abigail became pregnant at the age of twenty-six, a pleasant surprise for the two. Their home was just large enough for a small family, and they spent the next nine months fixing it up for their new arrival. The baby girl's nursery was painted and decorated with loving care, the rest of the house made safe for such a young person. The two waited in anticipation the rest of the ninth month of the pregnancy, until the day finally arrived.
The day was rather chilly, but otherwise sunny, Abigail was leaning comfortably against the doorframe of the bedroom, directing Matthew as he rushed to grab all the things they needed at the hospital. The rest of that pristine November day was a rush of doctors, nurses, and pain for Abigail, and before the night was over the two were finally blessed with a healthy baby girl. Rebecca Marie Blake, they'd decided upon as soon as they laid eyes upon her little face. Young Becca lived a happy childhood, filled with the attention and joy, until her parents decided to have another child. After another set of months, the couple was blessed yet again with the birth of their last and youngest daughter, Haley Alexa Blake. Becca was a willing older sister and made an effort to be the greatest she could be. Abigail's job as a fashion designer allowed her to stay home more than other working moms and take care of her daughters, leaving no real concerns of day care or baby sitting to bother the couple. Instead, Abigail would seat herself in the livingroom somewhere, laptop or notebook in hand, and allow young Becca and Haley to run around. Becca clearly enjoyed remaining indoors, while her younger sister wanted to be outside. This caused her mother to spend more time watching Haley outside then watching Becca inside.
Due to her mother working in the fasion industry, Becca was exposed to a great amount of pressure to be thin and beautiful like the models that wore Abigail's designs. She was constantly reminded that she needed to exercise and that she needed to eat healthy no matter what. She grew up with the thought that she was nothing if she wasn't pretty and that appearances were the only things that mattered. With Abigail in the fashion business it was no surprise when the family moved to a suburb just outside Paris, France. It was there that she first started school, attending Beauxbatons after being accepted at the age of eleven. Her time there was well-spent, the girl easily excelling in her art and potions classes. Her grades were average in other classes, and Becca was in absolutely no danger of failing, though she had to make sure to keep focused and work hard. She paid attention and did her homework, rushing back to her room to sketch or paint as soon as she was finished. She was a sweet girl, beloved by her teachers. Becca made quite a number of friends, somehow finding the time to spend with each of them. She would quickly agree to helping others with homework, potions, and essays - something that a few of her peers took advantage of. She grew into a kind young woman, though it was the summer before her sixth year when her family once again picked up their belongings and moved. This time, settling again just outside London.
Entering Hogwarts for the first time, Becca remained mostly to herself, too shy to really talk to anyone and instead remained inside the dorms, painting or sketching whatever came to mind. After growing accustomed to the new school, and people talking English rather than French, she decided to start new. With the start of her seventh year, she's decided she's got one more year before she's out of school, why not leave on the right foot?

roleplay sample:: (can be recycled, and remember, quality before quantity)Becca silently sat in her dorm every night now, tonight she was painting. Her paints sprawled acrost the floor, somehow she ended up with red paint in her dirty blonde hair. Her canvas was laying on the floor in front of her. She sighed in frustration and wondered why she couldn't seem to get it right. It looked like an orange, with a glow. It wasn't what she wanted. What she thought it would look like was far from an orange. She wanted a beutiful sunset over an ocean of dark blue water. Staring back at her paints she didnt hear the footsteps behind her until she spoke. "Thats quite a beautiful painting," she said calmly. Becca jumped in shock and nodded.
"Thank you," she mumbled nervously. Becca glanced up at the student and noticed that she was younger looking then her. She must be a first year she thought. "What are you doing in an upper classmen dorm?" she asked her.
The first year looked away and thought. "I was looking for someone, and I thought maybe she'd be around here. I'm Marideth by the way," she smiled and plopped herself on floor by Becca.
"Nice to meet you Merideth. I'm Becca," she smiled sweetly.
